Terms and Conditions for Free Coaching Calls

Purpose and Nature of the Call:

The free coaching call is intended for informational and guidance purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment.

The coaching call is non-transferable and can only be availed once by a participant unless otherwise specified.

Disclaimer:

While every effort is made to provide accurate and effective advice, outcomes from implementing suggestions are not guaranteed.

The coach will not be held responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on guidance from the coaching call.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all discussions held during the coaching call. Any personal data shared will be treated with utmost privacy, in line with data protection laws.

No Medical or Therapeutic Advice:

The coaching call is not intended to address any medical conditions or mental health disorders. Participants are advised to seek professional help if dealing with such issues.

Limitation of Liability:

The coach shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of advice or guidance from the coaching call.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish Laws. Disputes arising out of or in connection with the coaching call shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

Acceptance of Terms:

By booking the free coaching call, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Modification of Terms:

The coach reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
