How Pauline Stopped Binging With Silke's Coaching Programme

I still remember Pauline’s closing words during our Clarity Call, just as she decided to join my 3-month coaching program. With her great sense of humor, she said:
“Well… good luck with me.”
I had to laugh, but I also felt the hopelessness behind her words. After so many past attempts, she was doubtful. Would this really be the program that brought her the food freedom she’d been searching for?
Pauline showed up with everything she had: her strength, her vulnerability, her doubt, her determination. And week by week, I witnessed a powerful transformation unfold.
She let go of perfectionism. She learned to speak kindly to herself. She discovered that she is more than enough, just as she is.
It was an honor to support her on this journey.

"Other programs focused on rules, plans, calories, etc., but not on the emotional aspects. I had seen psychologists years ago for eating disorders but wasn’t given any tools to help. I dug into the past and dredged everything up, then didn’t know what to do with it all."
"I’m now eating more mindfully and not stuffing or eating rapidly. I stop when I’m full and feel OK discarding leftovers. I’ve noticed more energy and improved mood. Bingeing is currently zero, and I feel equipped to handle bumps in the road. Letting go of perfectionism has been so liberating. I feel a huge sense of relief knowing I get to choose my beliefs now, not just live by the ones I learned as a child."
